Preventive Primary Care

Health That's Managed, Not Just Monitored

Finding a primary care doctor in Wilmington and Newark shouldn’t mean settling for rushed visits, long waits, or care that only reacts after something is wrong.

Unlike large, faceless care corporations, Preventive Primary Care is a local, physician-owned practice that sees you as a person, not a name on a schedule.

Led by Dr. Anthony Alfieri, a cardiologist with 30+ years of healthcare experience, our team of all-female providers looks ahead, not just at today’s symptoms, helping you stay healthy at every stage of adulthood.

With next-day appointments often available, and sometimes even same-day visits, new patients are always welcome. We also accept a range of insurance plans, making it easier to get the care you need, whenever you need it.

Ready to feel the difference with care that puts you first?
